  4. Data processing by Donata Gurzyńska, Anna Ignaszewska can be divided into two categories:
    • for the purpose of contract execution, all data necessary for the execution of the contract with ANDOLINGUA S.C. Donata Gurzyńska, Anna Ignaszewska
    • along with the display of the www.andolingua.pl website, various information is exchanged between your terminal device and our server. This may also include personal information submitted via the contact form on our website. The data sent via the form is encrypted.

    • The login and personal data entry sites are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that the personal and login information entered on the site is encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
    • The Operator periodically changes their administrative passwords.
    • In order to protect the data, the Operator regularly makes security copies.
    • Regular update of all software used by the Operator is an important element of personal data protection, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

    • For the purpose of executing the contract, your data, including name, surname, telephone number, email address, is processed.
    • Providing personal data is voluntary, however, necessary for the contract execution.
  8. Your rights and additional information on how to use the data
    • In some situations, the Personal Data Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary to complete the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Personal Data Controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
      o hosting company on an entrusting basis
      o mailing operators
      o authorized employees and associates who use data to achieve the purpose of the website
      o companies providing marketing services to the Personal Data Controller
    • Your personal data are processed by the Personal Data Controller for no longer than necessary to perform the activities related to them, specified in separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
    • You have the right to request from the Personal Data Controller:
      o access to personal data concerning you,
      o correcting them,
      o deletion,
      o processing restrictions,
      o and data transfer.
    • You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 8.3 to the processing of personal data for the purpose of exercising legally justified interests pursued by the Personal Data Controller, including profiling, however, the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing, overriding interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the determination, exercise or defend of claims.
    • The Personal Data Controller’s actions may be subject to a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
    • Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Service.
    • In relation to you, actions may be taken involving automated decision making, including profiling, to provide services under the concluded contract and for direct marketing by the Personal Data Controller.
    • Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.
  9. Information in the forms
    • The Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
    • The Service may save information about connection parameters (time, IP address).
    • In some cases, the Service may save information facilitating the connection of data in the form with the email address of the user completing the form. In this case, the user’s email address appears inside the url of the page containing the form.
    • The data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to process the service request or business contact, service registration, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly indicates what it is used for.

    • Information on user behaviour in the Service may be subject to login. These data are used to administer the site.
  11. GOOGLE reCAPTCHA:
    In order to protect against abuse of our online forms, as well as to protect against spam, we use Google’s reCAPTCHA service on some of the forms on this website. By verifying manual data entry, the Service prevents automated software (so-called bots) from taking abusive actions on the website. The legal background is the sentence 1(f) of Article 6 of the GDPR to protect our prevailing legitimate interest in the balancing of interests related to the protection of our website from abuse and the uninterrupted display of our online Service.
  12. Relevant marketing techniques
    • The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. In terms of information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
